Punarjanam

byDr. Sanjay Saxena,Prof. Amit Kishore Sinha,Prof. Purnima Awasthi

Neuroscience and quantum physics principles applied to reprogramming the subconscious for a transformation equivalent to rebirth — in this lifetime.

Overview

What if rebirth were available in this lifetime — not as a metaphysical hope but as a neurological project? Dr. Sanjay Saxena, Prof. Amit Kishore Sinha, and Prof. Purnima Awasthi argue that the material realities of a person's life are the printed output of their subconscious programming — and that programming, laid down by circumstances beyond one's childhood control, can be deliberately rewritten.

Drawing on neuroscience and the principles of quantum physics, the authors explain why most people are not living the script their conscious mind would choose: the subconscious, shaped by early conditioning, is the actual author of daily thought, emotion, and behaviour. The book outlines methods to identify faulty programming and replace it — not through willpower alone but through understanding how the brain encodes and updates its operating assumptions.

The concept of punarjanam — rebirth — is here stripped of its waiting and its uncertainty. The premise is that the new self one imagines for the next life can be constructed now, within the span of one's current existence, with sufficient understanding of how the mind actually works.
