Prof. Saxena is B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, and Ph.D. in Business Administration. With 30 years of global experience in corporate and academia, currently, he is a professor at the School of Management Sciences. He has augmented his academic learning by completing a six-week Strategic Management course from IIM Bangalore and a six-week Entrepreneurship Essentials course from Harvard Business School. Prof. Saxena has delivered more than 300 technical sessions on Organizational Leadership, Life Management Skills, Strategic Management, Selling Dynamics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Transactional Analysis, at various organizations in India and abroad.
