AUTHOR
Smrati Gupta has done her M.A. in History from Bhind (Jiwaji University, Gwalior, MP). She has completed a thesis on & Cultural Contribution of Tomar Rulers of Gwalior at Vikram University Ujjain. (MP) and has received an M.Phil degree. She has been living in Dubai since 2005 with her husband and two children. She loves cooking, as well as brainstorming about how to convert unhealthy recipes into healthier recipes, and it nice to change them. Along with her studies, she developed an interest in writing, slowly started writing, and created a personal blog called https://saptrangose.wordpress.com 'Smrati blog', in which she writes her thoughts, articles, travelogues, stories, poems, couplets, haikus, etc. Being a diabetic, she studied a lot and experimented on herself, paid attention to every small habit and diet, and made changes in it. When she started benefiting from it, she started writing everything. This is why she believes that it is not difficult to control diabetes if everyone pays attention to their daily routine, and the result of all such experiments and experiences is this book.
